We have placed conviviality at the heart of our estate and created spaces where you can fully enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area and the unique flavours, expressed in the recipes which this delightful corner of Tuscany has always proposed. In the cuisine of Vallocaia you will find authentic, strictly seasonal dishes based on the fresh produce from our own vegetable garden, from local agricultural companies and the farms of this territory. All of which is exalted by the Extra Virgin Olive Oil which comes from our olive groves.
The wines of the Vallocaia Estate - proposed in accordance with the menu or by glass - are the best accompaniment possible for your gastronomic experience in Montepulciano.
